It comes as pictured with the factory BMW upgrades: Locking quick release bags, Givi tank bag, hand guards and V-5 BMW navigator. It also has upgraded and more expandable bag liners by Kathy Design plus the super cool Clear Water running lights connected via Can Bus for easy programming. They respond to the headlight and horn to your personal programming.

Includes the tool kit and owners book.

This bike is a modern marvel with its low weight, superb handling, ABS brakes, Traction control, endless horsepower and on the fly riding modes. These features make bikes like this much safer and way more fun to ride for beginners and old timers like myself.

It still boggles my mind when I compare the performance and a work of art like this to the older bikes from the 70's that I grew up riding.

PAYMENT: We prefer cash in person or a bank wire transfer.  We do accept any form of paper note but it must take a full 10 days to clear my account before you take delivery. We prefer that you come test ride before leaving a deposit but if you feel confident enough then you can leave a $100.00 non-refundable deposit via credit card to hold your bike for up to 7 days.

Once paid in full you can leave it here fully insured for up to 30 more days at no cost. This will give you plenty of time to arrange shipping or pick up.

Unless you are willing to pay the 3% additional credit card fee then we do not accept credit card payment for the balance.

TITLE AND REGISTRATION:

We have the clear title as shown in the last picture. 
If you live in California then I will title it in your name with a new Ca. title.

I am licensed and bonded with the California DMV as a dealer and vehicle VIN verifier. If you are in California then I will also collect the tax of about 7.75% (depending on your City rate) plus a documentation processing charge of $70.00. Plus the registration transfer and title fee of $279.00

My buyers (you) never pay registration penalties.

I will give you a temporary registration permit on the spot and your new documents will come to you in the mail.

If you are outside of California and you ship by common carrier then you will pay only the purchase price and I will hand you or mail you the title. I must have a copy of the shipping contract from the driver when picked up or a bill of lading.

Without proof of shipment via common carrier I would still need to collect the sales tax.

Your state should give you an exemption so you will not pay sales tax twice.

SHIPPING: If you are less than 150 miles away then I am willing to deliver on a case by case pre-paid agreement. If you are more than 150 miles away:

A simple Google search for "motorcycle shipping" will bring up lots of options. Depending on the size and distance shipping might cost anywhere from $250.00 to $750.00.
