2012 Kawasaki VN900 Classic

SOLD  SOLD  Sits very low to the ground! Second senior owner and only 10,930 actual miles!

Meticulously maintained and almost mint condition. Please watch the video and see the pictures.

All service is up to date. Has new Dunlop whitewall tires.

Fully serviced and needs nothing.

This is a great value because of its age, low miles, fantastic condition, fuel economy and low price.

It is a very comfortable bike for around town or for cross country adventures.

It is geared up by 2 on the front drive pulley which lowers the engine RPM'S a little on the highway.

Plus It comes with a non installed rear drive pulley which is smaller if you want to gear it even higher.

As shown in the pictures there is a tiny chip in the paint on the gas tank, some minor scratches on the stock muffler and a small separation in the seat stitching.

If it were not for these 3 minor cosmetic issues I would call it mint or pristine condition.

Has the nice floor boards and rocker shifter that allows you to shift with your heal or not.

The highway bar or engine guard is a nice upgrade as is the windshield.

You could easily add some side bags for the longer trips.

We did a full inspection and adjusted the tire pressure.

This bike is ready to ride anywhere now!

You could fly in to the Palm Springs Airport and ride it home cross country.

There are plenty of specialty motorcycle shippers available on the internet as well.

Crating is not required.

Please feel confident before you make the commitment to buy.

I have personally sold thousands of motorcycles from this same location since 1976.

The registration is current through June 2021.

We have the clear title, shown in the last picture. I am licensed and bonded with the California DMV. If you are in California then I will also collect the tax of 7.75% plus a documentation processing charge of $85.00. Plus the registration transfer and title fee of $15.00

My buyers (you) never pay DMV registration penalties.

I will give you a temporary registration permit on the spot and your new registration will come to you in the mail.

If you are outside of California and you ship by common carrier then you will pay only the purchase price and I will hand you or mail you the title. I must have a copy of the shipping contract from the driver when picked up or a bill of lading.

Without proof of shipment via common carrier I would still need to collect the 7.75% sales tax

If you are less than 150 miles away then I can offer delivery for a fee on a case by case basis if paid in advance.

My customers have used many different competitively priced door to door shipping services. No crating ever needed.

A simple Google search for "motorcycle shipping" will bring up lots of options. Depending on the size and distance an average size street bike might cost anywhere from $450.00

to $650.00. Please make your own arrangements and then give your company my phone number and address. Sam's Cycle Service Inc. 34-044 Bob Hope Dr. Rancho Mirage Ca. 92270 Phone 760-343-3131.

I am here to assist. If you are out of state then please let your shipper know that we will need a Bill Of Lading when picked up.

Financing and payment:

We prefer that you come test ride before leaving a deposit but if you feel confident enough then you can leave a $250.00 deposit via credit card to hold your bike for up to 7 days.

Once paid in full you can leave it here fully insured for up to 30 days at no cost. This will give you plenty of time to arrange shipping or pick up.

We do not accept credit card payment for the balance as the fees are too high.

You can do a bank wire transfer; cash in person or even a check. The check must take its 10 full days to clear my account before you take delivery.
