SOLD  SOLD  1983 Yamaha Riva XC180 scooter in very nice condition and only 3,321 actual miles! ​​

SOLD  SOLD  SOLD  Oldie but goodie! It still has the original handle grips and mirrors! This one runs like new and is in amazing great condition. Mechanically it is perfect in every way.

In December 2022  we did a prefessional storage revival and full service changing all the fluids and rebuilt the carburetor replaced the hoses and flushed out the fuel tank.

We also installed a new battery and put a new tire on the rear.

I was working at Palm Springs  Yamaha on Saturdays  back in 1983 and I probably took this one out of the box

and put it together.

My Mother also bought a new one of these from Palm Springs in the same color in 1984 and rode it while going to school at UC Urvine. They are great scooters.

There are some scratches and the windshield has a piece missing off of it but you hardly notice it.

Me can remove the windshield if you dont want it. 

It gets fantastic gas mileage, has a nice storage trunk and glove box. It needs nothing and is ready to go.

Registration and Title transfer

I am a lisenced DMV vehicle dealer. I have all paperwork ready to transfer into your name.

If you are in California then I will collect the DMV transfer and new title fee of $160.00

I will also collect the tax of aproximatly 7.75% depending on you city plus a documentation processing charge of $85.00.

My buyers (you) never pay DMV registration penalties.

I will give you a temporary registration permit on the spot and your new registration will come to you in the mail.

If you are outside of California and you ship by common carrier then you will pay only the purchase price and I will hand you or mail you the title. I must have a copy of the shipping contract from the driver when picked up or a bill of lading.

Without proof of shipment via common carrier I would still need to collect the 7.75% sales tax

Shipping:

If you are less than 150 miles away then I can offer delivery for a fee on a case by case basis if paid in advance.

My customers have used many different competitively priced door to door shipping services. No crating ever needed.

A simple Google search for "motorcycle shipping" will bring up lots of options. Depending on the size and distance

I am here to assist. If you are out of state then please let your shipper know that we will need a Bill Of Lading when picked up.

Financing and payment:

We prefer that you come test ride before leaving a deposit but if you feel confident enough then you can leave a 10% deposit via credit card to hold your bike for up to 7 days.

Once paid in full you can leave it here fully insured for up to 30 days at no cost. This will give you plenty of time to arrange shipping or pick up.

We do not accept credit card payment for the balance as the fees are too high.

You can do a bank wire transfer; cash in person or even a check. The check must take its 10 full days to clear my account before you take delivery.
